Ballet4Wellness - A
This class is specially designed for individuals who are more physically able. It begins with a 45-minute session that starts with seated exercises to gently warm up the body and stimulate circulation. The class then moves to a series of modified ballet exercises at the barre, aimed at improving posture, balance, and overall strength.
We also focus on arm and upper body movements to build strength and enhance breathing, while leg exercises help maintain muscle mass, support gait, and boost coordination.
A carefully curated selection of beautiful music enhances the experience offering inspiration, rhythmic cues, and relaxation to ease tension and promote enjoyment.
These classes are ideal for aged care settings, community centres, retirement villages, or private home sessions.
This innovative 15-minute seated class combines our Ballet4Wellbeing program with cutting-edge Virtual Reality (VR) technology. Using VR goggles, participants are immersed in a 360-degree ballet experience, the first of its kind.
This groundbreaking approach may support memory retention and cognitive engagement. We are exploring research opportunities to better understand its benefits.
These sessions are ideal for aged care settings and in-home services, and can be offered in group or one-on-one formats.
Ballet4VR

These movements help strengthen the connection between brain and body, promoting focus and a brighter mood.
Music is central to the experience. Each playlist is carefully curated to suit the individual or group, using familiar and uplifting music to evoke positive memories and encourage emotional engagement.
These classes can be delivered one-on-one or in small groups. They are suitable for aged care settings or private home environments.

Ballet4Wellness - B
This gentle 45-minute class is conducted entirely while seated, making it ideal for participants with limited mobility. The session begins with mindful breathing and relaxing movements for the shoulders, arms, and hands designed to release tension and maintain upper body strength.
Core exercises are introduced gradually and remain light, while leg exercises are adapted to help build and preserve muscle strength. These movements also support the proven link between leg strength and cognitive health. Foot exercises promote better circulation and mobility in the lower legs and feet, aiding in gait improvement and helping to reduce the risk of falls.
A carefully chosen music selection supports the class rhythm, provides inspiration, and helps soothe the body and mind.
This class is suitable for aged care facilities, community centres, retirement villages, or private home settings.
