I began dancing at the age of six and quickly fell in love with the freedom and expression it brings. Ballet has always been especially meaningful to me. I love the power of the music and the way movement makes me feel. For me, dance is both a creative outlet and a space to relax.

I am currently in my third year of a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy, driven by my passion for helping individuals of all ages and abilities to maintain their independence and engage in meaningful daily activities.

I’m excited to combine my love of ballet with my growing professional knowledge and contribute positively to the Ballet 4 Wellbeing community.

"I’m proud to be part of the team at Ballet4Wellbeing!"

Joining the Ballet4Wellbeing Team feels like a natural way to combine my passion for care and my love for ballet.

With a background as a nurse and now working as a counsellor, supporting people’s physical and emotional wellbeing has always been at the heart of what I do.

Ballet has been part of my life since childhood, a space of freedom, expression, and connection.

Through B4W, I create gentle and meaningful experiences where each person can reconnect with their body, feel uplifted, and experience joy, whatever their abilities. For me, movement is not about performance, but about feeling, presence, and human connection.
